Sacha Goldberger

After working 12 years as an artistic director in advertising, Sacha Goldberger publishes three books, Je t'aime tout simplement and Bye Bye Mon Amour, published by Seuil Editions, and Made in Love, published by Hoëbeke. His first book sold 130,000 copies worldwide.
In 2008, he decides to go back to school to study photography and attends Gobelins, L'École de L'Image. He makes a name for himself in France upon the release of the series on his grandmother titled Mamika. His talent is further revealed with his Super Flemish series, a Renaissance-styled interpretation of popular superheroes.
Sacha Goldberger navigates through time with costumes and historical sets, creating visions of imagination, making stories, encouraging individual discovery, and playing with the notion of enticing temptation.
For 15 years, he has been producing and directing his series, worthy of cinematographic productions. For each series, he works with 50 to 150 people, usually over an extended period of time, and often producing large format prints. The series Secret Eden, for example, required the collaboration of 130 people over 3 years, and resulted in the creation of 17 diptychs and 50 portraits of different eras; while images of Super Flemish were exhibited as 7m-high prints at the Paris-Austerlitz station in 2016. His work, either as singular images or as complete series, is regularly published in newspapers and magazines online and offline.
He is currently working on the retouches of two series he shot in Los Angeles.
